Change Re Arrange - Original Art

Change Rearrange was like a chameleon and even changed colours after i thought it had been finished after i found the holy grail of masking tape at a local charity shop the kind mechanics use to spray cars!, I laid down to make the lines. Cut every line with a scalpel, peeled the tape away, repainted underneath in yellow. So many ways of working into one piece, I lost count of the layers. I kept going as long as it was fun, stopped when the tape ran out, which is the whole idea behind this collection. At the very end I added a reddish sky , and looking at it then it read like a sunset over a cornfield, maybe a cornfield on a different planet.

A1 in size, masking tape, spray paint and screenprint layer on layer. Framed in a dark stained birch float mount frame by Tom at Clark & Prince.
