Frankenstein with lipstick and a smirk. This Halloween, Oli's gone full monster — but make it glamorous.

Started with Mary Shelley's original creature, then twisted it through 200 years of pop culture. The monster that terrified Georgian England becomes something else entirely when you add fluro ink and attitude. No bolts through the neck here — just pure defiance printed in colours that shouldn't exist in nature.

This is a 3-layer hand-pulled screenprint that glows. Literally. The fluro inks react under UV light, turning any room into a gothic disco. Each layer was pulled by hand in Oli's Kimpton studio, building up from the base tones to that final punch of electric colour that makes the whole thing sing.

The Heritage White paper stock gives it weight — 310gsm that feels substantial between your fingers. This isn't poster paper. This is archival stock that'll outlast the trends. Each of the 30 prints gets signed and embossed before it ships, wrapped in acid-free tissue and posted in a sturdy tube.

Frankenstein was always about creation — Victor's obsession with making something new, something that hadn't existed before. That's what screenprinting is too. You're not copying something that already exists. You're building it layer by layer, colour by colour, until something entirely new emerges from the press.

The inspiration here is simple: be whoever you want to be. Frankenstein's monster was stitched together from different parts, never quite fitting society's expectations. There's something beautiful in that — the refusal to be categorised, the insistence on existing exactly as you are.

Halloween 2024 was always going to be about transformation. Not the sanitised kind you see in shop windows, but the messy, honest kind where you admit the parts of yourself that don't quite fit together and celebrate them anyway.
